Tax Credit for Home Purchase Could Rise!
This is really good news— “they” teased us with the $15,000 previously and many were disappointed when it was dropped to $8,000… though many buyers still moved forward with their buying plans. If the increase is approved, along with opening the credit up to any income level, this will have a huge impact on the market, which has been improving, and will keep it on the right track!
