Details On How DBRE Began

Denver Boulder Real Estate is a new local brokerage though the owners, Christopher Price, and Deb Goetz are not new to real estate. Both have hung their licenses at large national brokerages and they certainly had success there, for their respective clients and themselves. However, in those offices, the important part that was missing was a true local focus on real estate and consumers, where it really matters. They found that although the large brokerages could help from a broader perspective on “how to be a Realtor”, they relied heavily on each agent to build their business, on their own, locally. These brokerages just didn’t have the necessary staff, expertise and drilled down focus on real estate locally, therefore they could not really support each individuals local based real estate business and goals. Both Christopher and Deb wanted to do something better and different.

Christopher and Deb were associates at their last office where they were able to build upon their ideas and business relationship, though not even knowing that some day they would be executing a new vision in real estate together. Funny how things happen… Both of them individually recognized that a new business model was really needed within the real estate brokerage community, so they combined their talents and efforts and Denver Boulder Colorado Realty was born!

At DBRE, Christopher and Deb are dedicated to the direct support of the agents so long as they are dedicated to their own success. If the agents are successful that means the clients are successful, and that’s the #1 priority. Underlying this are their collective past experiences– contrasting each other perfectly, adding depth to the support they can offer agents and respective clients.

Blended between them, and most importantly, they share a similar work ethic in how they like to execute their business. Primarily, they are honestly passionate about what they do—they work hard to provide excellent agent and client services, and have fun while they do it.

Together, they have the key elements needed to create success—Knowledge, passion, technology and marketing expertise. The corners of the DBRE foundation which can only go up from there! They commit to working efficiently, elegantly and effectively– every day.

It’s a perfect blend and useful skill-set that overlays into her real estate business. Deb has had noted sales volume over the years and has trained and guided new agents– She enjoys sharing her creative experience and knowledge in this business.

Christopher Price, MBA, Realtor®, Broker/Owner
With an MBA from DU in Entrepreneurial Management, Christopher is heavy on the business management, with great passion for technology. The most qualified tech guru! Best in Denver! Once owned the domain name, bing.com! He is credited with the deepest vision and concept for DBRE. As a Realtor, Christopher has had his own successes to be proud of– including noted sales volume, mentoring and coaching agents.
