- 2720 W. 43^rd Ave., Sunnyside / Currently consulting with developers on a new development project consisting of 5 attached single family home residences in the Sunnyside neighborhood of northwest Denver. Consulting includes development and overall project/home design as well as recommending specific GREEN features in each home and the project landscaping.

- 6800 Richthofen Pkwy, Montclair / Completely renovated/designed a single-family home in the historic Montclair neighborhood. Besides the renovation of the original, I designed a new main floor master suite addition. Worked with the Denver Landmark Preservation for exterior change approvals. Incorporated many GREEN features into the renovation and new construction of the home and landscaping.

- 4529 Julian St., Grandview / Consulted for an investor client on the home design of a new single family home in the Grandview neighborhood of northwest Denver. Project included specific recommendations of GREEN features into the home, complete floorplan design direction, exterior style and selection of the home.

- 963 Hudson St., Mayfair / Consulted for an investor client in the selection of the location of a new single-family home project/scrape project. Provided some input on the development and home design.
