Do I Have a Favorite Neighborhood in Denver?
“Though I focus on many of the unique neighborhoods of Denver, Montclair, located in east Denver is my favorite! I am a bit partial to the east side of Denver for a few reasons. I was born in Denver, at Fitz Simmons Hospital and my father was in the Air Force, stationed at Lowry Air Force Base back in the early 1960’s. Montclair is sort of a hidden gem– honestly, many people are surprised to discover Montclair! Most of it is designated a historic neighborhood so you’ll see some wonderful homes with great character– Victorians, Tudors, Craftsmans and even homes called “TB Homes!” Montclair is also home to the famous Richthofen Castle! Brief Bio
Deb has come full circle and returned to the city where she was actually born and loves it here… Her father was in the Air Force, stationed at Lowry Air Force Base back in the 60’s, so her roots began on the east side of Denver though she spent most of her life growing up in Minneapolis. Deb relocated here in 2002 and yes, though she won’t admit it, she does talk a little like the movie Fargo…
After Fourteen years of a successful management career in the advertising and technology industry where she last worked for Denver based Quark, Inc., Deb was ready for a change. For her, the choice was very easy and clear, start a career in real estate. With her extensive advertising/marketing background, her proven personal success in investing in real estate and her hard-working and friendly character, it just made sense. So just like that, she obtained her real estate license and has been successfully working in real estate ever since!
Deb’s unique value proposition as a Realtor is that she has great insight, understanding and vision when it comes to seeing a properties full potential — Whether that is helping a seller prepare their home for the market, guiding a buyer in the selection of their new home and/or working with developers on new residential projects, she always gives that extra input and direction that her clients really appreciate.

In the residential resale market working with sellers and buyers, Deb offers her focused market knowledge, expertise and understanding of the unique homes and neighborhoods of Denver, creative and unique marketing ideas and keen negotiating skills. She doesn’t miss a beat!
When working with developers, she offers design-consulting services on new construction or residential renovation projects. She works closely with the developer, architect and builder, taking “4 walls” and turning them into a well thought-out, functional, appealing and efficient home– like no other agent, that’s for sure! In addition, with her GREEN designation from NAR, she can provide recommendations on specific environmentally friendly features for a home.
